The Hikvision DS-2CE16K0T-LFS security camera is a 5 megapixel 3K camera with hybrid illumination that provides colour images at night and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Colour night vision is ensured by Smart Hybrid LEDs: the camera is equipped with IR LEDs with up to 30 m range and white light illumination with up to 20 m range. Paired with an advanced recorder, it can automatically switch the illumination mode (to white light) when it detects a human shape or vehicle, capturing detailed colour images. When no important object is detected, it switches back to high-performance infrared LED illumination. This function can also be set manually, allowing you to use only one lighting mode if preferred. Thanks to its robust design, it is suitable for outdoor installation as well. Its IP67 protection rating indicates resistance to harsh weather conditions. The built-in microphone allows audio recording in addition to video.
The Hikvision 7108HQHI-M1/S TurboHD-TVI analogue desktop DVR is a versatile device that supports most analogue cameras up to 5 megapixel resolution. Thanks to the HDMI output, footage can be viewed on a large-screen TV or on a computer monitor. The DVR supports 8 HDTVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS channels and 4 IP channels (by converting analogue channels to IP, a total of 12 channels can be used). Motion Detection 2.0 is available on analogue channels and can distinguish vehicles and human shapes from other objects such as leaves or light changes, significantly reducing false alarms and providing more accurate motion-triggered recordings. It is compatible with the Hik-Connect app, so you can view your security cameras remotely via the internet on your phone or computer. The DVR offers a Hungarian-language on-screen menu and mobile application.
For our camera systems, customers can choose between two wiring packages: DIY package and pre-assembled cable package.
DIY package: From each camera to the central unit you only need to run one cable, which carries both power and video signal. The required connectors (video balun + power connector) are fitted by the customer to the end of the cable – to help with this, we have created a step-by-step installation guide available at the following link: Installation and setup guide. With some basic technical skills, the camera system can be assembled at home. No crimping tool is needed, only side cutters, a screwdriver and a utility knife. The package includes 10 m of UTP cable per camera. If you need longer cables, you can let us know in the order comment field (+100 HUF/m).
Pre-assembled cable package: In this case, the camera cables are supplied with factory-fitted connectors that cannot be removed, so you only need to connect the recorder, camera power supply and camera – no wiring work required. The standard package includes 10 m of pre-assembled camera cable with BNC and 12 V power connectors per camera. If you need longer cables, you can indicate this in the order comment field (20 m COX20 and 30 m COX30 options are also available).
The Hik-Connect app allows users to manage all their Hikvision security devices from a single platform. After registration, a web interface is also available on PC where devices can be added by serial number. The application provides live view, playback and device configuration. Users can customise notifications and manage devices remotely. The app also lets you share the camera view with family members or other authorised persons.
