The Hikvision DS-2CE78K0T-LFS security camera is a 5 megapixel 3K camera equipped with hybrid lighting that delivers color images at night and can be used both outdoors and indoors. Color night vision is provided by Smart Hybrid LEDs: the camera features infrared LEDs with up to 40 m range and white LEDs with up to 20 m range. When paired with an advanced recorder, it can automatically switch lighting mode (to white light) when detecting a human or vehicle, capturing detailed color footage. Once no important object is detected, it switches back to high-performance infrared illumination. This function can also be set manually, allowing you to use only one illumination mode if preferred. Thanks to its robust design, it is suitable for outdoor installation. Its IP67 rating indicates resistance to harsh weather conditions. The built-in microphone allows audio recording.
The Hikvision HiLook DVR-204Q-M1 TurboHD-TVI analog desktop DVR is a versatile recorder that supports most analog cameras up to 5 megapixel resolution. Thanks to the HDMI output, footage can be viewed on a large-screen TV or a computer monitor. The DVR supports 4 HDTVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS channels and 2 IP channels (after converting an analog channel to IP, a total of 6 channels are available). Motion Detection 2.0 is available on the analog channels and can distinguish vehicles and human shapes from other objects such as leaves or light changes, significantly reducing false alarms and providing more accurate motion events. It is compatible with the Hik-Connect app, so you can view your cameras remotely via phone or computer over the internet. It features a Hungarian-language menu and mobile application.
For our camera systems, customers can choose between two cabling options: a DIY package or a pre-assembled cable package.
DIY package: From each camera to the central unit you only need to run a single cable that carries both power and video signal. The required connectors (video balun + power connector) are fitted by the customer to the cable ends – for guidance we provide an installation manual available at the following link: Installation and setup guide. With some basic technical skills, the system can be assembled at home. No crimping tool is required, only side cutters, a screwdriver and a utility knife. The package includes 10 m of UTP cable per camera. If you need longer cables, you can indicate this in the order comment (+100 Ft/meter).
Pre-assembled cable package: In this case, all connectors are factory-installed on the camera cable and cannot be removed. You only need to connect the recorder, camera power supply and camera – no wiring work is required. The basic package includes 10 m of camera cable with BNC and 12 V power connectors per camera. If you need longer cables, you can indicate this in the order comment (also available as 20 m COX20 and 30 m COX30 versions).
The Hik-Connect app allows users to manage their security devices from a single platform. On a computer, an online interface is available after registration, where devices can be added using their serial number. The application offers live view, playback and device configuration. Users can customize notifications and manage devices remotely. The app also allows you to share camera access with family members or other trusted contacts.
