The Hikvision DS-2CE78K0T-LFS is a 5 megapixel 3K security camera with hybrid illumination that delivers colour images at night and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Colour night imaging is provided by Smart Hybrid LEDs: the camera features IR LEDs with up to 40 m range and white light illumination with up to 20 m range. Paired with an advanced recorder, it can automatically switch to white light when it detects a human or vehicle, capturing detailed colour footage. When no important object is detected, it switches back to high-performance infrared illumination. This function can also be set manually, allowing you to use a single lighting mode if preferred. Its robust design makes it suitable for outdoor installation. The IP67 rating indicates resistance to harsh weather conditions. The built-in microphone allows audio recording.
The Hikvision HiLook DVR-208Q-M1 TurboHD-TVI desktop analogue DVR is a versatile recorder that supports most analogue cameras up to 5 megapixel resolution. Thanks to the HDMI output, footage can be viewed on a large-screen TV or a computer monitor. The DVR supports 8 channels of HDTVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS and 2 IP channels (by converting analogue channels to IP, up to 10 channels in total). Motion Detection 2.0 is available on analogue channels and can distinguish vehicles and human shapes from other objects such as leaves or lights, helping reduce false alarms and providing more accurate motion events. It is compatible with the Hik-Connect app, allowing you to view your cameras remotely via phone or computer over the internet. The DVR offers a Hungarian-language menu and mobile application.
For our camera systems you can choose between two cable options: DIY pack or pre-assembled cable pack.
DIY pack: From each camera to the central unit you only need to run a single cable that carries both power and video. The required connectors (video balun + power connector) are fitted by you to the cable ends – for guidance, we provide a detailed installation manual available here: Installation guide. With basic technical skills the system can be assembled at home. No crimping tool is required, only side cutters, a screwdriver and a utility knife. The pack includes 10 m of UTP cable per camera. If you need longer cables, you can request this in the order comments (+100 Ft/m).
Pre-assembled cable pack: In this option, the connectors are factory-fitted to the camera cable ends and cannot be removed. Installation is therefore reduced to simply connecting the DVR, camera power supply and cameras, with no wiring work. The default pack includes 10 m camera cable with BNC and 12 V power connectors per camera. If you need more length, let us know in the order comments (also available in 20 m COX20 and 30 m COX30 versions).
The Hik-Connect app lets users manage their security devices from a single platform. On a computer, an online interface is available after registration, where devices can be added by serial number. The app provides live view, playback and device configuration. Users can customise notifications and manage devices remotely. You can also share camera access with family members or other authorised users.
