The Hikvision DS-2CD1H43G2-IZS outdoor IP camera offers 4 megapixel resolution and a varifocal, motorized 2.8–12 mm lens, providing a viewing angle between 29.2° and 95.9°. The IP67-rated housing is resistant to water and dust. IR LED night vision delivers visibility up to 30 m. The camera features motion detection and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, which improves image quality in challenging lighting conditions (for example, when facing strong backlight, the camera compensates to keep the image usable). It supports the H.265+ compression format, which is especially important for IP cameras as it helps reduce required bandwidth and storage space. Easy installation is enabled by PoE, as both video signal and power are transmitted over a single UTP cable, eliminating the need for multiple cables. The camera offers 1 alarm input and 1 relay output. It has an audio input, as well as an audio output. There is also a built-in card slot for SD cards.
