The Hikvision DS-2CD1041G0-I outdoor IP camera offers 4 megapixel resolution and a 2.8 mm fixed lens, providing a 99° field of view. The IP67-rated housing is resistant to water and dust. IR LED night vision delivers clear images up to 30 metres in complete darkness. The camera features motion detection and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology, which improves image quality in challenging lighting conditions (for example, when facing strong backlight, the camera compensates to produce a usable image). It supports the H.265+ compression format, which is especially important for IP cameras as it helps reduce required bandwidth and storage space for recordings. It also supports human and vehicle detection. Easy installation is enabled by PoE, as both video signal and power are transmitted over a single UTP cable, eliminating the need to run multiple cables.
