The Hikvision DS-2CE78K0T-LFS is an 5 megapixel 3K security camera with hybrid illumination that delivers colour images at night and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Colour night vision is provided by Smart Hybrid LEDs: the camera is equipped with IR LEDs with up to 40 m range and white light illumination with up to 20 m range. Paired with an advanced recorder, it can automatically switch the illumination mode (to white light) when it detects a human or vehicle, capturing detailed colour images. When no important object is detected, it switches back to high-performance infrared illumination. This function can also be adjusted manually, allowing you to use only one illumination mode if preferred. Thanks to its robust design, it is suitable for outdoor use. The IP67 rating indicates that the camera withstands harsh weather conditions. With its built-in microphone, it can also record audio.
The Hikvision 7108HQHI-M1/S TurboHD-TVI analogue desktop DVR recorder is a versatile device that supports most analogue cameras up to 5 megapixel resolution. Thanks to the HDMI output, recordings can be viewed on a large-screen TV or a computer monitor. The DVR handles 8 HDTVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS channels and 4 IP channels (by switching analogue channels to IP, up to 12 channels in total). Motion Detection 2.0 is available on analogue channels and can distinguish vehicles and human figures from other objects such as leaves or lights, significantly reducing false alarms and improving the accuracy of recorded motion events. It is compatible with the Hik-Connect app, so you can view the camera images over the internet from your phone or computer. It comes with a Hungarian-language menu and mobile application.
For our camera systems, customers can choose between two options: DIY kit and pre-assembled cable kit.
DIY kit: From each camera to the central unit you only need to run a single cable carrying both power and video signal. The necessary connectors (video balun + power connector) are fitted to the cable by the customer – to help with this, we have prepared an installation guide available at the following link: Installation and setup guide. With some basic technical skills, the camera system can be assembled at home. No crimping tool is required, only side cutters, a screwdriver and a utility knife. The kit includes 10 m of UTP cable per camera. If you need more cable, simply indicate this in the order comments (+100 Ft/meter).
Pre-assembled cable kit: In this case, the connectors are factory-fitted to the camera cable and cannot be removed, so you only need to plug together the recorder, camera power supply and camera, without any wiring work. The basic kit includes 10 m camera cable with BNC and 12 V power connector per camera. If you need longer cables, you can indicate this in the order comments (20 m COX20 and 30 m COX30 versions are also available).
The Hik-Connect app allows users to manage their security devices on a single platform. On a computer, an online interface is available after registration, where devices can be added by serial number. The application provides live view, playback and device configuration. Users can customise notifications and manage devices remotely. The app also allows you to share camera images with family members or other authorised users.
