The Hikvision DS-2CE17H0T-IT3F 5MP security camera offers up to 40 metres of night vision thanks to its built-in high-performance IR LEDs, so it provides clear images even without any lighting. The 2.8 mm lens delivers an approximately 90° field of view, allowing you to monitor a larger area. The modern bullet design of the Hikvision camera makes it suitable for mounting on both ceilings and walls. In addition, its IP67-rated plastic housing is designed to withstand various weather conditions.
The Hikvision 7108HQHI-M1/S TurboHD-TVI analogue desktop DVR is a versatile recorder capable of handling most analogue cameras up to 5 megapixel resolution. Thanks to the HDMI output, footage can be viewed on a large-screen TV, but you can also connect a computer monitor. The DVR supports 8 channels of HDTVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS and 4 IP channels (by switching analogue to IP you can use up to 12 channels in total). Motion Detection 2.0 is available on analogue channels, which can distinguish vehicles and human shapes from other objects such as leaves or lights, significantly reducing false alarms and providing more accurate motion events. It is compatible with the Hik-Connect app, so you can view your security cameras remotely via the internet from your phone or computer. The DVR offers a Hungarian-language menu and mobile application.
For our camera systems you can choose between two installation packages: DIY package and pre-assembled cable package.
DIY package: From each camera you only need to run 1 cable to the central unit, carrying both power and video signal. The necessary connectors (video baluns + power connectors) are fitted by you to the cable ends – to help with this, we have created a step-by-step installation guide available at the following link: Installation guide. With some basic technical skills, the camera system can be assembled at home. You do not need a crimping tool, only side cutters, a screwdriver and a utility knife. The package includes 10 metres of UTP cable per camera. If you need longer cables, you can indicate this in the order comments (+180 HUF/metre).
Pre-assembled cable package: In this case, the connectors are already factory-fitted to the camera cable ends and cannot be removed, so you only need to connect the recorder, camera power supply and cameras – no wiring work is required. The basic package includes 10 metres of COX10 cable per camera. If you need longer cables, you can indicate this in the order comments (also available in 20 m COX20 and 30 m COX30 versions).
The Hik-Connect app allows users to manage their security devices from a single platform. On a computer, an online interface is available after registration, where you can add your devices by serial number. The application offers live view, playback and device settings. Users can customise notifications and manage devices remotely. The app also lets you share access to the camera images with family members or other trusted people.
