No crimping tool is required, only basic tools such as side cutters, a screwdriver and a utility knife. The package includes 10 m of UTP cable per camera. If you need longer cables, you can specify this in the order notes (extra cost per additional meter as stated on the store page).
With the pre-assembled cable package, the connectors are already factory-fitted to the camera cables and cannot be removed. Installation is simplified to plugging the recorder, power supply and cameras together, with no cable assembly required.

Yes. If you connect the DVR to the internet and install the manufacturer’s software or mobile app on your phone or computer, you can access live video and recordings remotely from anywhere with an internet connection.
Yes. The DVR does not require internet to record and play back locally. You will need an internal hard drive (HDD, not included) to store the recordings. You can review the saved footage directly from the DVR.
Motion detection is generally recommended. The DVR records only when motion is detected, which optimises storage usage and reduces the amount of footage to review. This makes it easier and faster to find relevant events.
No. The DVR automatically overwrites the oldest recordings once the hard drive reaches full capacity. Manual deletion is not required under normal operation.
The recommended maximum cable length for supplying power to the cameras is around 30 m. Longer distances may affect camera performance. For greater distances, a regulated power supply or local power near the camera may be necessary.
