This Uniview IP camera system kit is an ideal solution for effective surveillance of family homes, offices, apartments and business premises, both outdoors and indoors. The package includes the 4 megapixel, 2K resolution Uniview IP security camera (IPC3614LB-AF28K-DL), which, thanks to its built‑in IR and white LEDs, provides up to 30 m night vision in color or black‑and‑white mode. The system also includes an 8‑channel PoE (NVR301-08LS3-P8) NVR recorder supporting up to 8 megapixels, with remote access so you can monitor the system from your smartphone. The recorder supplies power to the connected cameras via PoE. This means you only need a single UTP cable (included in the kit) between the recorder and each IP camera for full operation. With its Hungarian‑language interface and very simple installation, this system is an excellent choice for anyone who wants fast and reliable security.

The Uniview DS-IPC3614LB-AF28K-DL outdoor IP camera offers 4 megapixel resolution and a 2.8 mm fixed lens with a 100° field of view. The IP67‑rated housing is resistant to water and dust. Infrared or white LED illumination provides night vision up to 30 m. Using the white LEDs, the camera can deliver color images even at night. The two illumination modes can be switched automatically by the camera or adjusted manually. The camera features smart motion detection and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology to improve image quality in challenging lighting conditions (for example, when there is strong backlight, the camera compensates to keep the image usable). Smart motion detection can distinguish human shapes and vehicles from other objects, helping to filter out many false alarms. It supports the H.265+ compression format, which is particularly important for IP cameras as it reduces required bandwidth and storage space. Installation is simplified by PoE support, as both video signal and power are transmitted over a single UTP cable, eliminating the need for separate power cabling. The built‑in microphone also records audio.
The Uniview NVR301-08LS3-P8 is an 8‑channel NVR that supports IP cameras up to 8MP resolution. It features 8 built‑in PoE ports, so no separate PoE switch is required; cameras receive power directly from the recorder. It supports H.265+ video compression, which can reduce storage requirements by up to 75% compared to older H.264‑based recorders. The NVR supports HDDs up to 10 TB. A 4K HDMI output allows connection to modern TVs and monitors. The recorder is compatible with face recognition, smart motion detection (UMD) and intrusion detection cameras. Using the mobile app, you can view live and recorded footage from the connected IP cameras remotely on your phone. Both the on‑screen menu and the mobile app are available in Hungarian.
The UNV-Link App allows users to fully manage their Uniview security devices. The application provides live view, playback, PTZ control, real‑time alarm notifications, two‑way audio, recording search and playback, and device configuration options. You can also share camera access with family members or colleagues in just a few simple steps using QR code pairing.
