The Hikvision ColorVu 5 megapixel dome camera system is a complete solution for indoor and outdoor surveillance of family homes, offices, apartments and business premises. The package includes 5MP 3K ColorVu dome cameras (DS-2CE72KF0T-LFS) delivering excellent image quality even in complete darkness, thanks to Smart Hybrid illumination that provides up to 40 m black-and-white or colour night vision. The system also includes an 8-channel DVR recorder (DVR-208Q-M1) with remote access so you can monitor footage from your phone. A mounting kit (camera power supply, video balun, UTP cable, power connector) is included for easy installation. Storage (HDD) is not included; compatible hard drives can be selected here.

Hikvision DS-2CE72KF0T-LFS ColorVu dome security cameras offer hybrid lighting, colour night images and 5MP 3K resolution. Smart Hybrid LEDs combine infrared and white light to deliver clear images up to 40 m, switching automatically to white light when people or vehicles are detected (with a Motion Detection 2.0 compatible recorder) for more detailed colour footage. When no important target is detected, the camera switches back to discreet infrared illumination. Lighting mode can also be set manually.
The fast F1.0 lens lets in more light to the sensor, helping to produce clean, colourful images even in very low light. The robust metal housing is suitable for outdoor use, and the IP67 rating indicates resistance to harsh weather conditions. Each camera includes a built-in microphone for audio recording.
The Hikvision HiLook DVR-208Q-M1 TurboHD-TVI desktop DVR supports most analogue camera formats up to 5MP. Thanks to its HDMI output, footage can be viewed on a TV or PC monitor. The DVR handles 8 HDTVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS channels plus 2 IP channels (for a total of up to 10 channels when converting analogue to IP).
On analogue channels, Motion Detection 2.0 can distinguish people and vehicles from irrelevant objects such as leaves or light changes, helping reduce unwanted alerts and making event searches more efficient. The unit is compatible with the Hik-Connect platform, allowing remote live view and playback via smartphone or computer over the internet.
You can choose between a DIY cabling kit and a pre-terminated cable kit.
DIY kit: Each camera requires only one cable to the DVR, carrying both power and video. Connectors (video baluns and power plugs) are supplied and fitted by the user. A step-by-step installation guide is available here: Installation guide. The basic kit includes 10 m of UTP cable per camera; additional length can be requested when ordering (+180 Ft/m).
Pre-terminated cable kit: In this option, all connectors are factory-fitted to the camera cables, so you only need to plug the DVR, power supply and cameras together. The standard kit includes 10 m COX10 cable per camera, with 20 m COX20 and 30 m COX30 options also available on request.
The Hik-Connect app lets you manage your Hikvision security devices from a single platform. After registering, you can add devices by serial number, view live images, play back recordings and adjust key settings. Notifications can be customised, and access to camera views can be shared with family members or colleagues.
