5‑camera Hikvision TurboHD 5 MP dome security system designed for reliable indoor and outdoor monitoring of homes, offices, apartments and small sites. The DS-2CE76H0T-ITMFS dome cameras deliver sharp images even in complete darkness up to 30 m thanks to built‑in IR LEDs. The Hikvision DS-2CE76H0T-ITMFS 5 MP dome cameras use EXIR infrared LEDs to provide up to 30 m viewing distance at night, so the scene remains visible even without external lighting. The 2.8 mm lens offers an approximately 90° viewing angle, making the system suitable for monitoring driveways, yards, entrances or larger indoor spaces.
Their compact dome design allows mounting on ceilings or walls, blending neatly into most environments. The robust IP67‑rated metal housing is dust‑tight and weather‑resistant, so the cameras can be installed outdoors with confidence. Each camera includes a built‑in microphone, enabling audio recording alongside video where local regulations and permissions allow.
The Hikvision HiLook DVR-208Q-M1 is an 8‑channel hybrid DVR designed for home, office and small business systems. It supports multiple analogue standards (HDTVI, AHD, CVI, CVBS) and can also handle IP cameras, making it suitable for both new installations and system upgrades.
Motion Detection 2.0 analytics helps distinguish people and vehicles from general motion, which can reduce unnecessary alerts and speed up playback searches. On the analogue side, the DVR accepts up to 5 MP and 4 MP signals, while on the IP side it supports IP cameras up to 6 MP resolution. Advanced compression formats (H.265 Pro+, H.265 Pro, H.265, H.264+, H.264) help optimize storage usage and network load.
HDMI and VGA outputs allow direct connection to a monitor or TV. The DVR supports one SATA hard drive (up to 10 TB per drive), providing ample capacity for everyday recording needs.
Two installation options are available:
DIY cable package – One UTP cable per camera carries both power and video. The necessary connectors (video balun and power plug) are included and fitted by the user. A detailed step‑by‑step installation guide is available online. Basic hand tools (side cutter, screwdriver, utility knife) are sufficient. The standard package includes 10 m of UTP cable per camera, with the option to request longer lengths for an additional cost per metre.
Pre‑terminated cable package – The camera cables are supplied with factory‑fitted connectors. No crimping or connector assembly is required: simply plug the cameras, power supply and DVR together. The base package includes 10 m COX10 cable per camera, with optional 20 m COX20 and 30 m COX30 variants available on request.
Using the Hik-Connect app, you can add your devices via serial number and manage them from a single platform. The system offers live view, playback and basic configuration from your phone or computer, as well as customizable notifications. Access can be shared with family members or colleagues if needed.
Can I view live and recorded footage over the internet? Yes, once the DVR is connected to the internet and paired with the manufacturer’s app or software, you can access live and recorded video remotely.
Does the system work without internet? Yes, internet is only required for remote access. Local recording and playback work offline when a suitable HDD (not included) is installed in the DVR.
Is motion‑based recording recommended? Motion‑triggered recording is generally preferred, as it saves storage space and makes it easier to review relevant events.
Do I need to delete old recordings manually? No. When the hard drive is full, the DVR can be configured to overwrite the oldest recordings automatically.
What is the recommended maximum cable length? For standard power and video over the supplied cables, a maximum of around 30 m per camera is recommended. Beyond this, additional power arrangements may be required.
What is the warranty period? The camera system is covered by a 2‑year warranty. In case of issues, support is available via the seller’s published contact details.
