Our Dahua 8 megapixel security camera system offers an effective outdoor surveillance solution for family homes, offices, apartments and business premises. The kit includes three 8 megapixel 4K security cameras (HAC-HFW1800TH-I4) that deliver crystal-clear image quality in complete darkness up to 40 metres, thanks to their built-in Smart IR LEDs and high 8MP resolution. The system also includes a 4-channel HDCVI 8 megapixel XVR digital recorder (XVR5104HS-4KL-I3), which supports face recognition as well as human and vehicle detection. These smart video analytics functions help efficient daily operation and make it easier to identify offenders in real incidents. The recorder interface is also available in Hungarian. With the included installation kit (camera power supply, video balun, UTP cable, power connector) the system is easy to install and operate, making it a practical choice even for users with limited technical experience.

The storage drive required for recording is not included; you can choose the capacity that best suits your needs. Suitable hard drives can be selected at this link. If you purchase the HDD from us, we will professionally install it into your chosen camera system.

The Dahua HAC-HFW1800THP-I4 is a high-end 8 megapixel analogue outdoor security camera. It delivers excellent image quality day and night, thanks to its high-performance IR LEDs and 4K lens, providing visibility up to 40 metres even in complete darkness. Its metal and plastic housing is IP67 rated, meaning it withstands outdoor weather conditions such as rain, dust and sunlight. The camera supports switchable AHD/TVI/CVI/CVBS modes, making it compatible with most analogue systems. It also features modern image enhancements such as noise reduction and backlight compensation to improve image quality in varying lighting conditions.

The Dahua XVR5104HS-4KL-I3 XVR/DVR provides reliable hybrid digital video recording. As a hybrid recorder, it supports both analogue and advanced IP cameras, offering excellent image quality and versatile functions. It features 4 AHD/CVI/TVI/Analogue channels and 4 IP channels. The DVR supports 4K HDMI output, so you can view the cameras in 4K on a TV or monitor. WizSense technology enables intelligent human and vehicle detection, helping to reduce false alarms. It supports face recognition cameras and their functions, which can significantly simplify identification in real situations. With remote access enabled via a permanent internet connection, the recorder can send live and recorded video to smartphones, tablets and PCs, allowing you to check your property from virtually anywhere. The recorder comes with a Hungarian-language menu.

Complete installation kit with all essential components

For our camera systems, customers can choose between two installation packages: Do-It-Yourself cable kit or pre-assembled cable kit.

Do-It-Yourself kit: From each camera to the recorder you only need to run a single cable that carries both power and video signal. The required connectors (video balun + power connector) are fitted by the customer to the cable ends – to help with this, we have created a detailed installation guide, available at the following link: Installation guide. With some basic technical skills, the system can be assembled at home. No crimping tool is required, only side cutters, a screwdriver and a utility knife. The kit includes 10 metres of UTP cable per camera. If you need more cable, you can let us know in the order comments (+180 Ft/metre).

Pre-assembled cable kit: In this case, the camera cable comes with factory-fitted, non-removable connectors, so you only need to plug the recorder, camera power supply and cameras together – no wiring work is required. The base kit includes 10 metres of COX10 cable per camera. If you need longer cables, you can indicate this in the order comments (also available in 20 m COX20 and 30 m COX30 lengths).

Mobile access via DMSS app, with Hungarian language support

The Dahua DMSS app allows users to manage all their security devices from a single platform. The app currently supports 29 languages, including Hungarian. It offers live view, playback and device configuration options. Users can customise notifications and manage devices remotely. Frequently Asked Questions about the camera system

Can I view live or recorded footage over the internet? Yes, if you connect the DVR to the internet and install the manufacturer’s app or software on your smartphone or computer. This gives you remote access to live images and recordings, so you can monitor your property from anywhere with an internet connection.
Can I use the camera system without an internet connection? Yes, the DVR does not require internet access if you only want to view recordings locally. The DVR needs an internal hard drive (HDD, not included with the systems) that provides sufficient storage for the recorded footage. You can replay the stored recordings at any time.
Is it better to use motion detection or continuous recording on the DVR? We recommend motion-based recording, as the DVR only records when movement is detected. This reduces storage usage and wear on the drive, saves time when reviewing footage and makes it easier to jump directly to events.
Do I need to delete recordings manually after a certain time? No, you do not need to manage this manually. The DVR automatically overwrites the oldest recordings on the hard drive once it reaches full capacity.
What is the maximum recommended cable length for the cameras? The recommended maximum cable length is 30 metres to ensure stable power supply and signal. Longer distances may cause issues with camera performance. For greater distances, a regulated power supply or powering the camera from a closer point is recommended.
