The kit includes eight 8‑megapixel, 4K resolution Dahua dome security IP cameras which, thanks to the built‑in hybrid LEDs (IR LED and white LED), provide color night vision up to 30 meters. Smart features include human and vehicle detection, motion detection, intrusion alarm and line crossing. The system also includes an 8‑channel Dahua 12‑megapixel NVR recorder with remote access, so you can monitor it from your smartphone. In addition, the system comes with a 100W PoE switch that supplies power to the connected cameras. This means you only need a single UTP cable (included in the package) between the switch and each IP camera for installation. The Dahua IPC-HDW2849TM-S-IL is an 8‑megapixel dome IP camera featuring Smart Dual Light technology, which automatically switches between IR and warm light for optimal night monitoring at distances of up to 30 meters. WizSense technology provides intelligent human and vehicle detection, helping to reduce false alarms. When the camera detects a person approaching, the hybrid light turns on and captures color images even at night. The hybrid light can also be switched on or off manually. With its IP67 rating, the camera is water‑resistant. It supports H.265+ compression, which is particularly important for IP cameras as it reduces required bandwidth and storage space. It offers a MicroSD card slot for local storage and is equipped with a built‑in microphone.
The Dahua NVR2108-S3 is an 8‑channel NVR IP recorder that supports IP cameras up to 12MP resolution. It supports H.265+ video compression, which can reduce storage requirements by up to 75% compared with older H.264 recorders. It can handle hard drives (HDD) up to 16 TB. HDMI and VGA outputs can be used simultaneously at up to 1080p resolution, allowing connection to both a TV and a monitor. With the DMSS app, you can view the cameras connected to the NVR remotely on your smartphone. The mobile app is also available in Hungarian. This NVR does not have built‑in PoE, so the cameras must be powered via a PoE switch or separate power supply.

Since the NVR does not power the IP cameras, a PoE switch is required for power supply. From each camera to the switch you only need a single UTP cable, which carries both power and video signal. With basic technical skills, the system can be assembled at home. No cable crimping is needed: simply plug one end of the cable into the IP camera and the other end into the switch. The package includes a 10‑meter UTP patch cable for each camera.
The Dahua DMSS app lets users manage their security devices from a single platform. The app currently supports 29 languages, including Hungarian. It offers live view, playback and device configuration. Users can customize notifications and manage devices remotely. You can also share camera access with family members or relatives.
