The Dahua IPC-HFW2449S-S-IL is a 4 MP IP security camera with Smart Dual Light technology, automatically switching between IR and warm white light for optimal night monitoring up to 30 m.
With WizSense intelligent functions, the camera can detect humans and vehicles more accurately, helping reduce false alarms. When a person approaches the camera, the hybrid light turns on and the camera records color images even at night. The hybrid light can also be switched on or off manually.
The camera has IP67 protection, making it suitable for outdoor installation. It supports H.265+ compression to reduce required bandwidth and storage usage, includes a MicroSD card slot for local recording, and comes with a built-in microphone for audio capture.
The Dahua NVR2104-S3 is a 4-channel IP NVR that supports IP cameras up to 12 MP resolution. With H.265+ video compression, it can significantly reduce storage needs compared to older H.264 recorders.
The NVR supports a hard drive (HDD) up to 16 TB. It offers HDMI and VGA outputs, which can be used simultaneously up to 1080p, so you can connect both a TV and a monitor at the same time.
Using the DMSS mobile app, you can view live images and recordings from the connected IP cameras remotely from your smartphone. The app is available in Hungarian. This NVR is not PoE capable, so camera power must be provided via a PoE switch or directly from a separate power source.
Note: The HDD required for recording is not included in the system. Compatible hard drives can be purchased separately in our webshop.
Because the NVR does not supply power to the cameras, the system includes a PoE switch to provide power and data over a single cable per camera. Only one UTP cable per camera is needed between the camera and the switch, carrying both power and video signal.
With basic technical skills, the system can be assembled at home. No special cable crimping is required – simply plug one end of the cable into the IP camera and the other end into the switch. The package includes a 10 m UTP patch cable per camera.

Yes. If you connect the NVR to the internet and install the manufacturer’s app or software on your phone or computer, you can access both live view and recordings remotely, wherever you have an internet connection.
Yes. The NVR does not require internet to record and play back footage locally. You only need a suitable internal HDD (not included) with enough capacity for your recordings. You can then review the stored footage directly from the NVR.
We recommend motion-triggered recording. In this mode, the NVR records only when motion is detected, saving storage space and reducing wear on the hard drive. It also makes it easier and faster to review only the relevant events.
No. The NVR automatically overwrites the oldest recordings once the hard drive is full, so you do not need to delete files manually.
In IP systems, the maximum distance depends on the power source (NVR with PoE or PoE switch) and camera bandwidth. Some switches can support over 500 m, while a typical PoE switch usually allows around 200–300 m for both power and data transmission. Always check the specifications of your chosen switch and cabling quality.
