The Dahua HAC-HFW1500C 5MP security cameras use built‑in Starlight LEDs to deliver up to 30 m night vision, so you get a clear view even without external lighting. The 2.8 mm lens offers an approximately 100° field of view, allowing you to cover a wider area with fewer cameras.
The modern bullet design is suitable for both ceiling and wall mounting. The durable plastic housing has an IP67 water- and dust-resistant rating, making the cameras suitable for year‑round outdoor use as well as indoor installation.
The Dahua HDCVI 2K desktop DVR (XVR) is designed for high flexibility and high-resolution recording. Thanks to the HDMI output, footage can be viewed on a large-screen TV or a computer monitor.
The XVR supports 8 channels of HDTVI/AHD/CVI/CVBS and 4 IP channels (up to 12 channels total when converting analogue to IP) at up to 5MP 2K, 20 FPS/channel. On the analogue channels, advanced object detection can distinguish vehicles and human shapes from other motion (such as leaves or light changes), helping to reduce false alarms.
Connections and capacity:
Our camera systems are available with two cabling options: DIY package or pre-assembled cable package.
For the DIY option, you only need to run one UTP cable per camera to the central unit – this carries both power and video signal. The required connectors (video balun + power connector) are fitted by you to the cable ends.

Basic tools (such as side cutters, screwdriver and utility knife) are sufficient – no crimping tool is required. The package includes 10 m of UTP cable per camera. If you need longer cables, you can indicate this in the order comments (+180 Ft/m).
With the pre-assembled option, the connectors are already factory-fitted to the camera cables and cannot be removed. This lets you simply plug together the recorder, camera power supply and cameras – no wiring work is needed.

Yes. If you connect the DVR to the internet and install the manufacturer’s app or software on your smartphone or computer, you can access both live view and recordings remotely, wherever you have an internet connection.
Yes. The DVR does not require internet access for local recording and playback. You only need a built-in hard drive (HDD, not included) with sufficient capacity. Recordings stored on the HDD can be viewed directly on a connected monitor or TV.
We recommend motion detection recording. In this mode the DVR records only when motion is detected, which optimises storage usage and reduces unnecessary footage. This makes it easier and faster to review relevant events.
No. The DVR uses automatic overwrite: once the hard drive is full, it starts deleting the oldest recordings to free up space for new ones. You do not need to manage this manually.
The recommended maximum is 30 m per camera for reliable power supply. Longer distances may affect camera performance. For greater distances, a regulated power supply or closer power source is required.
